Everyone is welcome
We believe that a culture of true diversity and inclusion is vital to the happiness of our people and the success of our business.
Our partnerships
We work with a number of partners alongside our people to continue building and developing a diverse and inclusive culture. We are a proud member the Armed Forces Covenant and are a Disability Confident Employer. Applicants who declare they have a disability or have previously served with the Armed Forces, and meet the minimum requirements for the job, will automatically be invited for an interview.
Sustainability Working Group
Our Sustainability Working Group provides an opportunity for our people to have an input on key initiatives and decisions that will support our progress towards the UN Sustainability Development Goals. The Working Group meet on a regular basis to review progress and influence change to allow us to genuinely make a difference not only to the environments where we operate, but for our people and our planet.
LGBTQ+
We recognise the benefits of a diverse and inclusive culture and therefore acknowledge that LGBTQ+ employees require an opportunity to both represent and be represented across our business. With the support of our LGBTQ+ network, The ARC Alliance, we ensure LGBTQ+ employees are treated with respect and dignity at all times, have access to a non-judgemental support service, and have the opportunity to have a positive influence on ensuring all policies, practises and procedures are of an inclusive nature.
Health and Wellbeing
We take the happiness and general wellbeing of our people seriously and have an on-site health and wellbeing committee where you will have access to a range of different initiatives. We have a team of on-site Mental Health First Aiders who provide a dedicated, confidential and non-judgemental support and signposting service to our people.
